i wish to congratulate Hii Shan Wei Ransley
upon graduating in his Indian studies
for which he left to New Deli to complete in 1994.
May his recent success bring
him great opportunities
in India Street.
And also my deepest condolence
to the loss of his Guinea Pig,
B'ramsley,
which passed on due to
testicular cancer
on the 4th of July 2007.
